This course guides learners through CQC inspections, explaining what to expect during an inspection under the Single Assessment Framework.
Aims
The aim of this course is to equip dental teams with the knowledge and tools necessary to ensure compliance with the Care Quality Commission's (CQC) under the Single Assessment Framework, enabling them to maintain high-quality care standards and be fully prepared for inspections.
Objectives
By engaging in this course, learners will be able to:
- Understand the CQC Single Assessment Framework and its purpose.
- Identify what the transition from Key Lines of Enquiry to Quality Statements means for their practice.
- Learn how to interpret and apply the Quality Statements and Five Key Questions.
